That's write, it's finally here!!!! National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). This year I am not a student or working full time so I have some time to try to get my novel in and
started, but I don't have a lot of hope for finishing. Not that I don't want to. Its just that even though I don't have a "job" I still have work to do. Cleaning, cooking,
driving my mom around. Walking the dog, playing with her, attempting to train a few times a day. She is so stubborn sometimes. But anyway. I have begun my novel.
The goal is to write 50K words this month, so about 1667 words a day. I can write that much, but will it make any sense? Probably not. Which is okay, editing is to be done at a
later date. I just want to try this year. I have a few hundred in, so taht means I am way behind. I'm also not letting anyone read it until its done, I want the story to go
where I want it to right now.
I will post it here when it's "done".
For now, back to work. I'm out with my mom today trying to get some accounting stuff done. Boring and all but it gets me a few dollars.

I didn't get to finish about my mom last time, some glitch in the system. So anyway. Things seem to be looking up right now. She is well on her way through chemo finally.
We hit a few snags at first. The first few drugs they tried she was allergic to, literally allergic to. She had horrible reactions including redness and hives, fainting, trouble
breathing. But now she is on a different medication.
Her blood count dropped too low a few weeks ago and she was in the hospital for nearly a week. She had a blood transfusion and is doing much better. She has some pain, but not too
much. She's even working sometimes.

My mother was diagnosed with cancer May 13th 2010. Just a few days after my graduation. The next week was surgery for a full hystrectomy and what nots. They removed part of her
colon and appendix because they had become infected. But suprisingly it was not in her lyoh nodes. So it was decided that the cancer is stage 3 ovarian. What do I do with
this? She has a 50% chance of living past 5 years

Lyra was now experiencing her first winter in the mountains. She had been warned that it would be at least ten degrees colder there than at home, but she still didn't know what to
expect. Her father had thought ahead and bought her steel toed winter boots, gloves, scarves, long socks, and a variety of sweaters. Her aunt must have help him pick them out because
the outfits actually matched.
The air was freezing cold outside, and stiffling hot inside. She kept the bedroom window open to keep from over heating.
